🇨🇦 Obtaining a Work Permit for Canada as a Francophone
The Francophone Mobility Program allows French-speaking workers to come work in Canada outside Quebec without the employer needing to obtain a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).
🎯 Requirements for Candidates
To be eligible, you must:

Canadian employers can hire a Francophone worker if they:
Have a job offer outside Quebec
Submit this offer through IRCC’s Employer Portal under exemption code C16
Pay the compliance fees and follow provincial employment standards
