Récemment, il a obtenu un certificat d'interprète communautaire de la Vancouver School of Interpreting and Translation. Originaire de Santiago de Cuba, Julio vit au Canada depuis 2000. En plus de ses études, il a consacré plus de 10 ans de sa vie au Canada à travailler comme promoteur d'événements culturels, ce qui lui a permis d'accumuler d'importantes expérience dans le monde du marketing. Comme son titre de poste l'indique, Julio est chargé de faire connaître au monde entier North Horizon Immigration. Étant lui-même un immigrant, il est très fier d'avoir un emploi qui lui permet d'aider les autres à venir au Canada, un pays qu'il considère comme la nation la plus accueillante au monde.
