PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAMS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCY

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS

01. APPLICATION

The foreign national applies to a provincial program they're eligible for.

02. EVALUATION

The province reviews the application and, if it is approved, issues a Provincial Nomination..

03. SUBMISSION

The foreign national applies for permanent residency with the federal government by showing that they received a provincial nomination.

04. FINAL ASSESSMENT

The federal government reviews the application by making sure the foreign national is not inadmissible to Canada through a medical exam, biometrics, and a criminal background check. If everything is OK, the foreign national will receive permanent residency.

North Horizon Immigration Consulting works mainly with programs in the provinces of British Columbia and Ontario. Here are some examples of the programs available, please note this is not an exhaustive list.
